Guitar Prodigy

In just these past few days Jessica has learned several more chords on her guitar. She brought it to the piano lesson yesterday and played a few hymns for her teacher, Mrs. Smith. We had a great time singing along as she played "Look and Live", "I'd Rather Have Jesus", "No One Ever Cared for Me Like Jesus", and "In the Sweet By and By". It's amazing how fast she's learning!

She's been getting her school work done early each day so that she can practice. If she was in a regular school all day she would spend a lot of her day waiting for the rest of the students to grasp each new concept, and then she would be bringing home homework. Instead she has plenty of free time to practice two instruments. If anyone is interested in learning to play the guitar, check out this website we found for learning the chords.
